Refund policy
Returns will be accepted only for products determined to be faulty at time of manufacture. Returned merchandise can be exchanged for identical replacements or a refund of the purchase price. Merchandise cannot be returned if it has been damaged as a result of improper use or accident.
Products can be sent in for troubleshooting and/or repair. Unless the problem is a manufacturing defect, there may be a minimum diagnostic/repair fee of $20. Get in touch with our team via the Contact Us page.
